What happens when you delete

Deleting your account is permanent. Once processed, your
account cannot be recovered and you will need to create a new one to use
Chilvy again.

Your account and its data are removed from the Chilvy app database.

  • Your profile, username, bio, photo and preferences
  • Your restaurant rankings, ratings, lists, reviews and notes
  • Photos, comments, likes and other content you created
  • Your follows, followers and social connections

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or backup purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How it works

  1. 1 You submit this form using the email address on your Chilvy account.
  2. 2 We verify ownership of the account by replying to that email address.
  3. 3 We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
